Amazing Food Science! How to Cook An INSIDE-OUT Boiled Egg!

First secure the necessary ingredients:

• Flashlight
• Clear tape
• Pair of pantyhose
• Twist tie
• Ice cubes
• And a few eggs, of course

Step 1: Flashlight

Shine the flashlight through the egg and take note of the color.

Step 2: Tape

Wrap the entire egg in tape except for the top and bottom.

Step 3: Pantyhose

• Knot the pantyhose at at one end.
• Insert the egg into the pantyhose.
• Secure the other side of the egg (tightly in place) with the twist tie.

Step 4: Spin

This is the fun part: Hold both ends of the pantyhose with the egg in the middle and give your egg a good spin.

Step 5: Flashlight

Shine the flashlight through the un-taped top and bottom portion of your egg. If your egg is significantly darker than the first time you did this, you are ready for the next step. But if your egg is still light in color, you will need to spin your egg in the pantyhose for a while longer.

Step 6: Cook

• Fill your pot full of water and heat it to an almost-boil on the stove.
• Cook your eggs at this heat for 10-15 minutes, turning them constantly.
• Next, turn off the stove and let the eggs sit in the pot for 5 more minutes.
